Comfort, care and support when home is where you want to be. The important work of Home Healthcare, Hospice & Community Services is described in those 13 syllables—a customer-centered continuum of care. This is not easy work these heroes do, and yet they do it with professionalism and compassion, year after year; day in and day out. Susan Ashworth, Community Relations Manager, does her job with vigilance, setting a standard of excellence. She achieves that standard with every press release, service line logo, newspaper or radio ad message, employee name badge, poster, web page and public appearance. She’s our hero.

Our first project was an identity package that did justice to all the wonderful services this agency provides. That logo has evolved slightly since its design but is proving to adapt with the times while respecting the 100-year tradition it represents.
