When the client has already proven their expertise by giving me the smile I always wanted, it’s not difficult to share the message with others. And yet, unusual marketing opportunities have presented themselves in our time working with Keene Orthodontic Specialists.

One example was an access issue: if customers only want to come to the door for two hours every day, how can they be encouraged to come at other times? The answer was the very successful Smile Shuttle which safely delivered patients during work and school hours and provided a Smile Summary report card of the visit for parents.

Another great opportunity was sharing this client’s charming “bedside manner” with the public. It took years to convince the doctor to tape radio messages but the results were overwhelmingly successful. Patients, prospective patients, former patients, staff and colleagues all enjoyed the messages and the doctor’s exquisite manner.
